DEXM was founded in 2024 by Josh Gosselin, bringing together more than 15 years of experience across digital and creative agencies with a background in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Alongside his career in technology, Josh has competed at multiple Island Games and at the Commonwealth Games. That experience helped shape a mindset built around high standards, preparation, consistency and always looking for ways to improve.
DEXM was created with that same approach.
The aim was to take everything learned over years in digital and technology and build a business with a strong technical foundation from day one. One that takes the time to understand the problem properly, makes considered decisions and believes in doing things properly rather than taking shortcuts.
That means setting a high standard for the work, caring about the detail, building things to last and continuing to improve over time.
As DEXM has grown, that mindset has stayed the same: do good work, keep raising the standard and build long-term relationships based on trust.

As a strategic leader and seasoned developer, he combines deep technical understanding with business acumen to guide clients through digital transformation. Josh specialises in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring every project delivers measurable impact and sustainable growth.
