DEXM partnered with the GTA to create a unified solution that underpins both their public website and the day to day management of their training operations.
The GTA plays a key role in supporting skills development and professional training across Guernsey. Prior to the project, many of their operational processes were spread across multiple software tools, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. This made it difficult to manage courses, bookings and administration efficiently while limiting visibility across the organisation.
The goal was to consolidate these fragmented processes into a single, future proof system that would streamline operations, improve efficiency and provide a better digital experience for users.
Working closely with the GTA team, we built a new website alongside a bespoke administration system that manages the full lifecycle of their training programmes.
The public website provides a clear and accessible interface for users to discover training opportunities, explore programmes and complete bookings online. The website was designed and developed in collaboration with Potting Shed, building on their recent rebrand of the GTA. The new digital experience reflects the updated identity while delivering a clean, modern and intuitive interface for users.
Behind the scenes, a powerful bespoke administration system known as ARLO provides a 360 degree view of the organisation’s operations. The system manages a wide range of processes including course scheduling, bookings, invoicing, payments, examinations, learner feedback and venue management.
By consolidating multiple tools and spreadsheets into a single connected system, the GTA team now has far greater visibility and control across their programmes while significantly reducing manual administration.
Leveraging AdFin Payments for our payment gateway allows users to complete secure online payments as part of the booking process and gave the ability to creating bespoke workflows and automations for payments. The awesome team at AdFin worked closely with the GTA team and DEXM to ensure a smooth integration and a seamless booking and payment experience.

By bringing together their website, course management, bookings, payments and operational workflows into a single ecosystem, the system has significantly improved efficiency across the organisation while providing a modern and accessible experience for users.
