DEXM partnered with Polygon Collective to bring together several independent websites into a single, streamlined Umbraco setup. Previously, the organisation maintained multiple separate sites — polygon-collective.co, polygon-servicesoffices.co, polygon-insurance.co, and polygon-pensions.co — each with its own content management overhead.

By consolidating everything into one Umbraco installation, we created a single, centralised environment where content can be shared easily across multiple sites. This approach reduced duplication, simplified management, and made it faster to update and maintain key information across the group’s digital estate.

The new structure gives Polygon Collective the flexibility to manage multiple brands under one roof without sacrificing the individuality of each site. It also improves long-term scalability, enabling new sites or service areas to be added efficiently as the business grows.
