DEXM worked with OSA Recruitment to replace a dated internal system with a custom business management solution designed to support every stage of their recruitment operations. The platform has grown into a central hub for managing candidates, clients, applications, and job postings, giving the business a single, efficient system to work from.

It enables the production of PDF documentation, manages and tracks application workflows, and provides structured reporting to give the team clear oversight of activity.

To enhance efficiency, the system integrates with OpenAI’s API to support content generation, document parsing, and other intelligent features that reduce manual work and speed up key processes.
